The Breakers Remodel brought a high-rise residence in one of Naples' premier buildings to a completely new standard. Varian Construction executed a full interior renovation — kitchen, bathrooms, and all finish work — within the logistical constraints of a managed building environment.
A new kitchen layout introduced a white-oak butler's pantry and custom cabinetry alongside premium appliances and designer tile. The primary bathroom was taken to the studs and rebuilt with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and stone surfaces selected to harmonize with the kitchen palette.
