Varian Construction was founded in 1989 by Bill Varian in Naples, Florida. What started as a hands-on residential operation has grown into Southwest Florida's most trusted design-build remodeler — without ever losing the personal accountability that started it.

Bill grew up in the trades in Boston, where his father taught him to remodel properties throughout the city. His father's guiding principle — that any work on an existing property must look as if it were there from the beginning — became the foundation of everything Varian Construction has built since 1989. He has personally overseen every project this company has completed. Not as a figurehead. As the person responsible for the result.
